課程概述 |
因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情發展，110-1學期開學後前三週全面採遠距教學，本課程使用Webex軟體進行遠距授課。

本課程旨在介紹經濟評估之基本原理、功能與限制，以及經濟評估應用在衛生計畫及醫療科技時常用方法之適用時機，包括成本效果分析(cost effectiveness analysis), 成本效用分析( cost utility analysis), 成本效益分析(cost benefit analysis)等。討論議題包括國內外相關研究之發展，以及全民健保制度下之醫療科技評估。
This course is intended to introduce the principles, functions and limitations of economic evaluation, and the timing of using economic evaluation such as to evaluate health care programs and technology assessment. This course will introduce cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-utility analysis, and cost-benefit analysis. Issues discussed will include the development of economic evaluation domestically and internationally, as well as the HTA under the National Health Insurance System. |

3. 具備以英語溝通之能力
Students should acquire the following ability after completing this course:
1. The ability to conduct basic evaluation on health care programs;
2. The ability to design a study and analyze data;
3. The ability to communicate in English. |

課程要求 |
上課方式以講授與討論並重，學生應
1.根據課程進度繳交作業；
2.以小組方式，報告並評論一篇與經濟評估有關之實證研究;
3.以小組方式，自選一個題目擬定經濟評估的方法，於學期末做專題報告後繳交。
This course will be conducted with lecture and discussion. Students are expected to:
1. Turn in exercise according to course progress;
2. Form a team, present and critic an empirical study related to economic evaluation;
2. Form a team, choose a topic and develop an economic evaluation planning, present it at the end of the semester. Turn it in after modification as needed. |
